Personwill work as Employee relations SPOC would partner with ofthe respective State / Cluster. 2. Makesure that employees feel committed to their organizationsgoals and values and motivated to contribute to organizationalsuccess. 1. **SIZEOF THE ROLE** FINANCIALSIZE NON-FINANCIALSIZE - NA - NA 1. **KEYDUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE** **Business/Financials** 1. LeadEngagement Liaison with Business to understand theirmanpower requirement, priorities resourcing accordingly. 2. Responsibleto provide trained manpower to Business and is productive within3 weeks of joining to the respective location. 3. Oneto one interaction with individual staff for their queries/Managing Low Performers (PIP). 4. Responsiblefor executing engagement interventions to enhance Trust Index 5. Toco-ordinate and evaluate the effectiveness of the workforceengagement strategy. 6. Toestablish benchmarks and targets against which futureimprovements can be made. 7. Hiring:- CRO, FIO other supporting vertical as well with in TAT. **Customer(Both Internal External)** 1. EducateBranch staff about all policies processes adhered amended by Ujjivan from time to time 2. Actas a catalyst between branch employees HR to make Ujjivanbest place to work. 3. Conflictmanagement Address issues in the field in fullco-ordination with the line managers - Establishing Rapport withthe branch Staff provide early feedback on any issues ofdissatisfaction especially in the area of local supervision management. 4. CareerAdvancement Plan Motivating employees on theopportunities across the region, handholding and ensuring theimplementation of orientation plans at the branches, posttraining. 5. ManagingEnd to end employee life cycle and give handholding to employees. 6. State/ Cluster Level owner of execution of the employee engagementactivities and measure the outcomes (activities includes regionalfestival, employee anniversary gifts, family connect plan, sportstournament Organizing Health Medical checkup Campsfor employees) 7. MakeSuring full final settlement is on time (Branch clearance,Supervisor clearance, SHR clearance, IT assets). 8. Ensuringconfirmation as per process and helping concern supervisor tofollow the process. 9. Sharingpayroll input to concern person within 100% efficiencies. 10. Followingup with supervisor to completion probation appraisal is on time. 11. Handlingas a regional/cluster spoke for sharing confirmation data withcorporate team or business spoke (Daily resignation tracker, headcount signs off etc.) **InternalProcess** 1. RegularCoordination with RLT on Issues for resolutions 2. Min1/3 branch visits in a month. All branches to be visited in onequarter. Acting as an independent advisor for employees in toughsituations 3. Maintaina track of one to one interaction with branch staffsolutioncounsel their issues 4. Regionalpriorities and executing variance stage of branches/branchemployee. (e.g.: EPFO data correction, KYC updation, various MISetc. 5. Helpingpeople understand the value of their individual contributions. 6. Improvingcommunications. 7. Recognizinggood work. **InnovationLearning** 1. Ensurethat all members of the Branch staff are up to date on allrelevant circulars and Benefits offered to them 2. Assistingadherence to training/ mandatory training programs for branchstaffs/completion Mandatory course on Swayam. 3. Ensureadherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs forbranch staff. 4. Coordinatewith Distribution / Concern teams on people related matters;support branch activities to foster teamwork and continuouslymake Ujjivan a great place to work. 5. Makesure the coordination between staff of different teams, to builda collaborative spirit and shared sense of purpose 1.
