We are hiring for the role of: Area Manager, Tech Cust Solutions Location: West Bengal Qualification: BE Civil/Chem/B.Tech Civil Preferred Skills: • Product Knowledge • Product Sampling & Demonstration • Complaint Analysis and Resolution • MIS Reporting Work Experience: 2 - 6 years Job Description: Samples & Demonstrations of Products • Ensure execution of all product sample requests received from the Marketing team within 48 hours under normal conditions. • Verify the quality and application performance of samples after execution. • Coordinate with contractors and dealers and manage related documentation/bills. Product Awareness & Presentations • Create product awareness through technical presentations and customer interactions. • Demonstrate product features, benefits, and applications during customer meetings. • Support customer engagement and brand promotion activities. Complaint Handling • Attend customer complaints on the same day and ensure prompt action. • Coordinate with the R&D team for investigation of quality-related complaints. • Verify application-related issues and provide resolution MIS & Competitor Intelligence • Maintain MIS reports related to technical services activities. • Gather and report competitor information, new products, and market developments on an ongoing basis. • Share market insights and competitor updates with relevant stakeholders.
