TCS is hiring for Network Engineer (Meraki) Position. Face to Face interview : Chennai / Pune / Kochi Location. Interview date : 09 -Sep-26 Experience : 4 years to 12 Years • Design, deploy, configure, and manage Cisco Meraki network solutions. • Administer the Meraki Dashboard including templates, policies, monitoring, and reporting. • Implement and support Meraki SD-WAN environments. • Configure and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, VPN, and security services. • Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues. • Perform firmware upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of network devices. • Provide L2/L3 support for network incidents and service requests. • Conduct root cause analysis for major network outages. • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during migrations and infrastructure upgrades. • Ensure compliance with security and operational standards. Desired Competencies • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. • Ability to handle critical incidents and escalations. • Excellent customer communication and stakeholder management. • Experience in enterprise-scale network operations. • Ability to work independently in a 24x7 support environment when required.
