**Role & responsibilities** - Coordinate between clients and Engineering team for quality, on-time delivery of agreed deliverables Analyze client data and processes and give recommendations for improved business results Drive business results at the clients Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and recommend changes in our product Maintain High Team morale Work closely with the Regional Managers to meet the set targets **Preferred candidate profile** 14 years of experience in analytics, operations, or consulting roles Strong command over data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) Proven ability to manage projects and lead cross-functional initiatives Strong communication and problem-solving skills
