Current Role – Operation Manager | ICICI Lombard (Motor CPU) • Handling motor policy endorsements, cancellations & refunds. • Performing quality checks on OEM & internal systems within TAT. • Resolving policy servicing and refund-related queries. • Coordinating with Sales, Underwriting & CPT teams. • Preparing weekly MIS and refund tracker reports. • Managing pending cases and ensuring timely resolution. • Collaborating with OEM partners like Maruti, Hyundai, Toyota, Kia, MG, Hero & TVS. Previous Role – Operation Manager | Bharti AXA • Created and maintained Excel MIS & SFDC reports. • Supported customer service operations and case management. • Tracked operational performance and ensured timely issue resolution. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Organized • Strong leadership skills
