Job description

Key Responsibilities • Customer Service: Greet clients, figure out their needs, and suggest suitable frames, sunglasses, and lens coatings (like anti-reflective or blue light block). • Fitting and Adjustments: Measure pupillary distance (PD), adjust frame fits, and ensure glasses sit comfortably on the customer's face. • Sales and Billing: Process transactions using Point of Sale (POS) systems and reach daily or monthly store sales targets. • Store Operations: Maintain clean displays, manage inventory levels, and place product orders when stock runs low.
