JOB DESCRIPTION -OPTOMETRIST Brand: LensCrafters (Reliance Brands Limited) Industry: Premium & Luxury Optical Retail Role Purpose LensCrafters Optometrists deliver world-class eye-care experiences through advanced diagnostic technology. The role blends clinical excellence with an elevated retail service approach, supporting both patient outcomes and business KPIs. Responsibilities Clinical Excellence Conduct full-scope eye examinations Diagnose visual and ocular conditions Perform CL fitting, evaluations, and training Document and maintain clinical records accurately Technology-Enabled Practice Operate digital eye-exam systems Use advanced diagnostic tools for refraction & retinal imaging Ensure correct interpretation and patient education Customer & Retail Integration Provide premium patient experience in a luxury retail setting Recommend frames/lenses based on prescription & lifestyle Support eyewear dispensing and adjustments Contribute to store KPIs through service-led selling Operations & Compliance Manage inventory related to CLs and accessories Perform quality checks on lenses and spectacles Coordinate with labs for order fulfilment Follow all SOPs and clinical quality standards Drive store sales and achieve targets. Requirements- B. Optom / M.
