We have an opportunity to have Oracle HCM OIC-Coimbatore-PWC AC Position: Oracle HCM OIC Experience Required: 5-10 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Locations: Coimbatore Available on 5-Sept-26 in Person: Yes /No Must Have: 1. Oracle Fusion HCM 2. OIC 3. Fast Formula 4. OTBI • Strong technical skills around OIC, HCM Integration . Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HCM Data Loader (HDL and HSDL), Page Personalization/Customization , OTBI Reporting, BIP Reporting in Oracle Fusion Cloud (Oracle Cloud BI Publisher ). • Good knowledge of Oracle Cloud Architecture, Standards, Data Models and Table structures . • Should have very good knowledge of Coding, Debugging and Design and Documentation. • Good Knowledge on SQL and PL/SQL. • Experience in HDL templates in Oracle. • Able to understand and analyze customer business processes and Functional Specification. • Good communication skills and ability to interact with external teams or clients. • Good understanding of the functional flow – HCM Projects. • Nice to have APEX/JCS/VBCS as an addition. • Collaborate effectively with others. • Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise. • Handle/analyze data and information responsibly.
