Job Description – Oracle HCM Technical Consultant – AI Agent & Integration Experience: 6+ Years Role: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant – AI Agent & Integration Locations: Noida, Pune, Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, AI Agents, SQL, and APIs . The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions that integrate with Oracle HCM to automate HR processes and improve employee experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Oracle HCM integrations, SQL/PLSQL, REST/SOAP APIs , and hands-on exposure to Generative AI, AI Agents, LLMs, or conversational AI . Key Responsibilities Oracle HCM Technical Development • Design, develop, and support technical solutions on Oracle HCM Cloud . • Develop integrations between Oracle HCM and internal/external applications. • Work with Oracle HCM data, business objects, APIs, and technical frameworks. • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI , and other HCM technical solutions. • Analyze technical requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM solutions. AI Agent Development • Design and develop AI Agents for HR and Oracle HCM use cases. • Build AI-powered solutions to automate repetitive HR processes and improve employee self-service. • Enable AI Agents to interact with Oracle HCM data and execute business processes through APIs. • Work with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and conversational AI concepts. • Identify opportunities to use AI Agents to reduce manual intervention and improve HR process efficiency. • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize AI Agent responses and workflows. SQL & Data • Develop complex SQL/PLSQL queries for data extraction, validation, transformation, and troubleshooting. • Work with Oracle HCM data structures and business objects. • Perform data analysis and validation to support AI Agent and integration use cases. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and integrity across HCM solutions. API & Integration • Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs for Oracle HCM integrations. • Integrate AI Agents with Oracle HCM and other enterprise applications using APIs. • Design API-based solutions for retrieving and updating employee/HR information. • Troubleshoot API failures, authentication issues, data mapping, and integration errors. • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred. Collaboration & Delivery • Work closely with HR functional teams, business SMEs, architects, and technical teams to understand requirements. • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation solutions. • Prepare technical design documents, integration specifications, and test scenarios. • Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and production troubleshooting. • Stay updated with emerging AI and Oracle HCM technologies and recommend innovative solutions. Mandatory Skills • 6+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical development. • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud . • Strong SQL/PLSQL development and data analysis skills. • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs . • Experience developing or implementing AI Agents / AI-powered solutions . • Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, or Conversational AI . • Strong Oracle HCM integration experience. • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical and integration issues. Good-to-Have Skills • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) . • HCM Extracts. • HDL/HSDL. • BI Publisher (BIP). • OTBI. • Oracle HCM REST APIs. • Oracle HCM SOAP Web Services. • Experience with Oracle HCM Core HR, Recruiting, Help Desk, Payroll, Absence, Talent, or other HCM modules. • Knowledge of AI Agent frameworks and enterprise AI integration patterns. • Experience integrating LLM/GenAI solutions with enterprise applications. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have a strong Oracle HCM Technical foundation combined with AI Agent development experience . Core Skill Combination Oracle HCM Cloud + AI Agents/GenAI + SQL/PLSQL + REST/SOAP APIs + HCM Integrations Candidates with only generic AI/ML experience but without strong Oracle HCM Technical and API experience would not be the preferred fit.
