**Your Role and Responsibilities:** As a Package Consultant specializing in SAP HR, you will assist clients in the selection, implementation, and support of the SAP HR module. You will utilize consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. **Your primary responsibilities will include:** **Implement SAP HR Solutions:** Assist clients in implementing SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events. **Conduct Fit Analysis and Configuration:** Perform fit analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout of SAP HR modules to meet client business requirements. **Resolve Functional Issues:** Resolve configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. **Provide Post-Implementation Support:** Offer post-implementation support to clients to ensure successful adoption and utilization of SAP HR solutions. **Optimize HR Processes:** Help clients optimize their HR processes, improve employee engagement, and increase operational efficiency. **Required Education:** Bachelor's Degree **Preferred education** Master's Degree **Required Technical and Professional Expertise:** **SAP HR Module Knowledge:** Experience with SAP HR modules, including personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events. **Consulting Skills:** Exposure to consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. **Implementation Planning:** Experience with implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, and rollout of SAP HR modules. **Functional Issue Resolution:** Experience resolving configuration and functional business issues across various HR modules. **Packaged Solution Integration:** Experience integrating packaged technology into the client's business environment to achieve client expected business results. **Preferred Technical and Professional Experience:** **SAP HR Module Expertise:** Exposure to SAP HR modules beyond personnel administration, recruitment, organizational management, personnel development, health and safety, and training & events, such as talent management, succession planning, or performance management. **Additional Consulting Skills:** Experience working with diverse clients, industries, or business environments, utilizing consulting skills to effectively integrate packaged technology into the client's business environment. **Packaged Solution Knowledge:** Exposure to other packaged solutions or HR systems, allowing for a broader understanding of HR processes and technologies. ****Years of Experience:**** 3 - 5
