Job description Roles and Responsibilities Strategic Objectives Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment Coordinate with plant teams and hiring managers for manpower requirements Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and track hiring status Hiring through Naukri / LinkedIn Negotiation & Finalisation 2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities Handle joining approvals and documentation process Ensure timely onboarding of candidates as per company guidelines Address new joiner queries related to onboarding, portals, and policies Manage employee experience surveys for new joiners to assess onboarding effectiveness and identify improvement areas. 3. Coordination & Stakeholder Management Act as a point of contact between plant HR, corporate HR, and candidates Employee Engagement activities Manage escalations from plant teams regarding hiring and onboarding Monitoring Employee Life Cycle Documentation 4. HR Operations & Compliance Ensure adherence to standard HR processes Maintain employee records and documentation as per the requirements Drive and monitor the employee confirmation process across all employees, ensuring timely evaluations, documentation, and approvals. HR Audits 5. MIS & Reporting Maintain & Monitoring dashboard for recruitment, onboarding, and joining status Share periodic MIS reports with internal stakeholders Ensure data accuracy in HR systems and report
