Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage day-to-day operations of the platform, ensuring seamless execution of projects and tasks. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements. • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and within budget. • Provide technical guidance to junior team members on PSM (Platform Management) best practices. Job Requirements : • 4-8 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry. • Strong understanding of CPM (Cost Performance Measurement) principles and methodologies. • Experience with platform architecture design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting.
