Job description

Job Purpose • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product development strategy and roadmap for our revenue management solutions. • Driving the digitization of RM processes through automation and platform enhancements to reduce manual efforts and enhance productivity. • Manage a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and product designers, leveraging data analytics and user feedback to drive product development decisions and optimize performance. Key Accountabilities • Product Development Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product development strategy and roadmap for revenue management-related solutions. • Team Leadership: Manage a cross-functional team of developers, data engineers, and product designers, ensuring collaboration and alignment towards common goals. • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data analytics and user feedback to inform revenue management product development decisions and optimize product performance. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with inventory, pricing, ancillary, and system teams to ensure cohesive product development. • Product Roadmap: Develop and manage product roadmaps, setting clear priorities and timelines for product features and enhancements. • User Experience (UX): Ensure products provide exceptional user experience, working with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective interfaces. • Testing and Quality Assurance: Oversee product testing and quality assurance processes to ensure high standards of performance and reliability. • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify areas for improvement. Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR. Preferred candidate profile Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in product development management
