We’re Hiring: Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan About Allo Health: Allo Health is India’s largest chain of sexual health clinics, operating 45+ clinics across the country. Our mission is to improve sexual healthcare through expert consultations, therapy, diagnostics, and technology-driven care. Who We're Looking For: Someone who communicates clearly, handles patients with professionalism, and takes ownership of their work. What You'll Do: • Guide patients through their consultation journey • Act as a link between the doctor and the patient • Handle calls, messages, and follow-ups • Support day-to-day clinic and clinical operations • Ensure a smooth and comfortable patient experience Requirements: • Language: Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Regional Language preferred (locals strongly preferred). • Communication: Clear, confident, and respectful verbal communication. • Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge (Google Workspace, data entry). • Ownership: Takes full responsibility for patient satisfaction and clinic tasks. • Availability: Comfortable working 6 days a week, including Saturdays and Sundays. Job Type: Full-Time, On-site Compensation : ₹80,000 per month Working Hours: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm Work Days: 6 days a week (Including Saturday and Sunday) If you’re someone who takes ownership and ensures a smooth patient experience, this role is for you.
