**Job Description** - Strategy: - Identification of customer needs and create a comprehensive knowledge based on information of product in the area of in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment. - Finalization of NPD grades in line with plant capability matrix in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment. - Monitoring the mechanical properties and identify the scope in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment. 2. Execution: a) Prepare charter for new product grades in consultation with PPC, CSD and Operation in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment b) Timely mapping of new grades in system and guiding team for preparing SOPs for casting and rolling in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment c) Implement cost control initiatives through effective product and process design in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment. d) Contribute to the development and presentation of papers and presentations at various seminars. e) Lead cost optimization projects w.r.t ferro alloy and process routing in automotive, consumer durable and P&T segment 3.Governance: a) Maintain zero LTIFR and conduct regular safety observations, including safety skits and SAM activities. b) Product audit in all automotive grades. - People: a) Training on product knowledge, industry trends, 5. Technology: a) Implement digitization projects to improve efficiency in analysis Educational Background: B.Tech in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field. Work Experience: Min 5 Years of Work Experience in the related field
