Job description

**What outcomes would you be accountable for** **In flight HR Tech initiatives** ● Consult with HR COEs and Business Leaders on Tech related initiatives across the FTE, FTC and blue collar workforce landscape in collaboration with HR-IT and/or external vendors ● Epitomize bias for action by driving Business as usual initiatives and delivering outcomes on time and within budget, while managing stakeholder expectations ● Partner with different stakeholder groups while holding them accountable through supporting data and analytics around impact measurement ● Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on measurable value for the People Tech remit ● Evaluate proactively, key problem areas/gaps with a data first mindset and resolve through continuous improvement frameworks ● Scope out technologies and drive innovation in the HR Tech space for new initiatives with a People first and an integrated HR-Tech mindset ● Be the People Tech ambassador for the function and represent internally and externally as needed Project Management ● Managing the requirements of diverse HR Stakeholders groups through a People Tech lens while partnering with HR-IT or Vendor groups ● Drive Business requirement gathering, impact, analysis, and testing of key supporting People Tech initiatives. ● Create and implement change management strategies to adopt the path of least resistance and proactively embed change across HR/the Business as needed ● Run Focus Group discussions with a Design thinking approach and consult on possible People Tech solutions ● Manage BAU/In flight bodies of work across the HR Annual calendar and/or M&A People Tech integration related work ; run a regular project cadence or Steer Co’s for HR teams and relevant business groups while tracking and monitoring progress or escalating business risks where appropriate ● Support the HR Business partner community to build frameworks to automate/systemize and or digitalize HR process of change. **Key Skills** ● 2-6 years of hands-on HR Tech experience supporting HR initiatives and programs across various employee/contractual workforce groups ● Experience working with Workday/ATS systems/EXPs/Attendance Management systems/ Workforce management solutions/Chatbots and other supporting HR Tech applications as a Configuration specialist ● Experience managing end to end HR product/application lifecycles from inception through implementation and then evolution ● Well versed with different stages of Project Management-Waterfall, hybrid and Agile ● Technology and Business acumen and a solid understanding of how tech can create value for the Business. **Key Behaviors** ● Customer/People first mindset while using Design thinking principles ● Bias for action while holding oneself and others to high standards of accountability ● Continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and raise the bar for the People Tech Org ● Growth mindset and a self-starter, willing to push their own boundaries ● HR Tech evangelist who lives and breathes HR Technology **Certifications** ● Design Thinking ● Workday ● CSPO-Product Owner
