Experience: 2 Years Work Mode: Full-time Role Overview: We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who understands paid ads and data-driven growth. The role focuses on executing and optimizing campaigns to drive leads, installs, and conversions. Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute & optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) • Monitor daily performance (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR) • Create basic ad copies and coordinate with the creative team • A/B test ads, audiences, and creatives • Prepare weekly performance reports and insights • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI Requirements: • Minimum 2 Years of hands-on experience in performance marketing • Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Analytics • Understanding of funnels, conversions & retargeting • Good analytical and reporting skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Paid sick time Application Question(s): • What is your current CTC? • In how many days can you join? • Are you comfortable with 6 days work from office?
