Job description

Roles and Responsibilities : • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles within the organization, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. • Conduct product hiring activities such as assessment centers and interviews to evaluate candidate fit for open positions. • Analyze metrics to measure recruitment performance and identify areas for improvement. Job Requirements : • 4-8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment with a focus on Technical Hiring or Product Hiring. • Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical roles through various channels (e.g., social media, employee referrals). • Strong understanding of industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing, employer branding, and candidate experience. • Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
