Role & responsibilities Experience: 5-9 Years Location: Pune Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Work from Office) Company: Coforge Job Description Coforge is looking for an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with strong expertise in performance engineering, workload modeling, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance testing tools and should be capable of identifying bottlenecks across applications, databases, and infrastructure layers. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, volume, and endurance tests. • Analyze application performance and identify bottlenecks. • Create realistic test scenarios and workload models based on business requirements. • Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts. • Monitor system resources and application performance during test execution. • Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to resolve performance issues. • Prepare detailed performance test reports and provide recommendations for optimization. • Participate in performance tuning activities for applications, databases, and servers. • Support CI/CD integration for performance testing activities. Required Skills • 5-9 years of experience in Performance Testing and Performance Engineering. • Hands-on experience with LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, or Gatling. • Strong understanding of Performance Testing Life Cycle (PTLC). • Experience in Load, Stress, Spike, Volume, and Endurance Testing.
