### **Job Description – Program Manager (7–12 Years)** **Position:** Program Manager **Experience:** 7–12 Years **Location:** Bangalore #### **Role Summary** We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead strategic programs, drive governance, and ensure successful delivery across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have strong program management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence through structured governance and risk management practices. #### **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and manage multiple programs/projects from planning through execution and delivery. - Establish and drive program governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly program reviews with leadership and executive stakeholders. - Track and manage project health, milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations across programs. - Implement and maintain RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies) management frameworks. - Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation plans to ensure program success. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Business stakeholders. - Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations for senior leadership and C-suite reviews. - Support strategic planning initiatives, market research activities, and business transformation programs. - Drive continuous process improvements and operational efficiency across programs. - Ensure alignment between business priorities, resource planning, and delivery commitments. #### **Required Skills & Experience** - 7–12 years of overall experience with significant exposure to Program Management and Governance. - Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs in technology or consulting environments. - Strong expertise in program planning, governance, stakeholder management, and executive reporting. - Hands-on experience in RAID management, risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management. - Experience driving operational reviews and tracking portfolio-level program health. - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities. - Exposure to market research, business analysis, and strategic initiatives. - Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interacting with senior leadership. - Ability to work effectively with global and cross-functional teams. #### **Preferred Qualifications** - PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification. - SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Certification. - Experience working in consulting organizations or large-scale transformation programs. - Exposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologie
