**Role Overview** We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a strategic Settlements Transformation Program within a leading global financial institution. The role will support the delivery of the target-state operating model and technology roadmap for Settlements, driving large-scale transformation initiatives across global markets operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project governance, stakeholder engagement, planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across complex change programs. **Key Responsibilitie** sProgram & Project Managemen - tLead and coordinate settlement transformation initiatives from inception through implementation - .Ensure projects are delivered within scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards - .Manage project plans, dependencies, milestones, and critical deliverables .Stakeholder Managemen - tPartner with senior business leaders, technology teams, operations stakeholders, and external vendors - .Build strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and outcomes .Risk, Governance & Control - sProactively identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate project risks and issues - .Ensure adherence to governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards - .Maintain project governance forums and support decision-making processes .Financial & Resource Managemen - tManage project budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting - .Conduct resource planning and capacity management to ensure optimal allocation across initiatives - .Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and ROI assessments for strategic investments .Change & Transformation Deliver - yDrive transformation initiatives across Operations and Technology teams - .Support migration planning, implementation, testing, go-live execution, and post-implementation stabilization - .Develop and maintain detailed migration runbooks and contingency plans .Reporting & Documentatio - nPrepare project status reports, executive presentations, and progress dashboards - .Maintain project documentation, JIRA boards, Confluence pages, meeting minutes, and governance artifacts - .Provide concise communication tailored to technical and non-technical audiences **.
