Portfolio Lead - UK & SA Insurance QI

Job description

Role & Responsibilities • Own end-to-end QE portfolio delivery for Insurance accounts; act as the escalation point for quality and delivery issues. • Drive account growth and expansion through proposals, RFPs, estimations, and AI for QE service adoption within Insurance clients. • Ensure high CSAT via strong stakeholder management and impactful demos. • Establish delivery governance across accounts (KPIs, risks, compliance, regulatory considerations, reviews). • Lead test improvement initiatives across coverage, efficiency, and quality metrics. • Drive adoption of AI-led QE, automation-first, and CI/CD practices across Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps. • Provide expertise across testing methodologies (integration, system, UAT, Regression, automation) with BFSI domain context. • Mentor and guide QE associates, driving talent upskilling and capability building. • Balance technical leadership and people management to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.
