By collaborating with colleagues and clients who have the same ambition and drive, you can amplify your sphere of influence and base of knowledge as part of one of the largest—and growing—banks in the world. - SR Team Lead responsible for development and support of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions for IT Market Operations. - Communicate with Business users and stakeholders and understand the business requirements needed to develop the PBI reports. - Provide SME knowledge and help team to provide development solution for the reports and manage delivery. - Manage delivery of enhancements, defect resolution, and performance optimization across reporting platforms. - Develop and mentor Power BI engineers to ensure consistent delivery quality and adherence to defined standards. - Oversee data modeling, report validation, and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy of operational metrics. - Ensure timely resolution of production issues impacting reports and dashboards. - Monitor delivery KPIs, reporting SLAs, and operational stability metrics. - Coordinate with upstream data and application support teams to address data quality and integration issues. - Manage release activities, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring for reporting solutions. - Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI development, data modeling, and DAX optimization.
