About Position: We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer with 6 to 10 years of expertise in designing, developing, migrating, and supporting enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Agents. This role will play a critical part in modernizing business applications, automating processes, and supporting large-scale SharePoint Intranet Portal transformation initiatives. • Role: Power Platform Developer • Location: All Persistent Locations • Experience: 6 to 10 Years • Job Type: Full-Time Employment What You'll Do: • Assess existing Power Platform applications, workflows, Dataverse entities, SharePoint forms, and integrations. • Perform impact analysis and dependency assessments for migration and modernization activities. • Migrate and re-engineer existing Power Platform solutions to align with modern SharePoint Online architecture. • Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps. • Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly applications supporting enterprise business functions. • Configure and manage Dataverse tables, forms, business rules, views, relationships, and security models. • Develop, optimize, and support Power Automate cloud flows and approval workflows. • Automate business processes such as employee requests, approvals, notifications, content publishing, and workflow routing. • Design and implement Copilot Agents to improve user productivity and automate business interactions. • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive. • Develop and maintain integrations with Azure Services, SQL Server, REST APIs, and third-party applications. • Build custom connectors and reusable Power Platform components. • Support SharePoint Online migration initiatives, including forms and workflow modernization. • Collaborate with SharePoint Architects and Developers to ensure seamless platform integration. • Support data migration, synchronization, and validation activities between legacy systems and Microsoft 365 environments. • Develop deployment plans, migration runbooks, technical documentation, and support artifacts. • Participate in testing, validation, cutover, deployment, and hypercare activities. • Follow Power Platform governance, security, compliance, and development standards. • Contribute to CI/CD implementation and release management processes using Azure DevOps. Expertise You'll Bring: • 6 to 12 years of experience in application development, workflow automation, or Microsoft platform solutions. • Strong hands-on expertise with Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps). • Extensive experience developing and maintaining Power Automate workflows and cloud flows. • Experience building and managing Microsoft Copilot Agents and AI-powered business solutions. • Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security models, business rules, and data management. • Experience working with SharePoint Online including Lists, Libraries, Content Types, Site Pages, Metadata, and Permissions. • Expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration and automation. • Experience creating custom connectors and integrating REST APIs with Power Platform solutions. • Knowledge of Azure Services, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Integration Services. • Experience managing solution migrations across environments and tenants. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD practices, and solution deployment processes. • Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, security, compliance, and best practices. • Experience troubleshooting application, workflow, and integration issues. • Knowledge of enterprise digital workplace and intranet transformation initiatives. • Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work closely with business users and technical teams in Agile environments.
