About Position: We are looking for a highly skilled Java SQL Developer with 6 to 9 years of experience in backend application development, database programming, and microservices architecture. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Java, SQL, Spring Boot, and modern enterprise application development practices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while ensuring efficient database interactions and seamless system integrations. • Role: Java SQL Developer • Location: All PSL • Experience: 6-9yrs • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring technologies. • Build scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices using Spring Boot and Spring MVC. • Implement secure application architectures using Spring Security. • Develop and maintain atabase-driven applications using Hibernate/JPA and relational databases. • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects to support business requirements. • Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle. • Develop reusable components,rameworks, and coding standards. • Troubleshoot application issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement optimizations. • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities. • Ensure application security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability. • Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, development, and release activities. Expertise you will bring: • 6-8 years of experience in Java application development and enterprise software engineering. • Strong proficiency in Core Java including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP),Collections Framework, Exception Handling, Multithreading, Concurrency, and Design Patterns. • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate ORM frameworks. • Strong experience building RESTful APIs, Microservices, and distributed applications. • Expertise in relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server. • Strong SQL skills including query optimization, stored procedures, indexing, normalization, and database performance tuning. • Experience with ORM frameworks and database transaction management. • Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, API design principles, service communication, and fault-tolerant systems. • Familiarity with messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or ActiveMQ is preferred. • Experience with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows. • Hands-on experience with Maven, Gradle, and build automation tools. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployment processes. • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployment is desirable. • Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is an advantage. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and best coding practices. • Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
