We are seeking a **Principal HRIS People Analytics** professional to join our global HRIS and Workforce Acceleration team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage advanced analytics, workforce planning, Workday expertise, and modern BI technologies to influence strategic workforce decisions and elevate the employee experience. What You'll Do As a key member of the HRIS team, you will: - Develop actionable workforce insights using **Workday Advanced Reporting, Prism Analytics, Discovery Boards, Google BigQuery, and Looker** - Support workforce planning initiatives, including **labor forecasting and workforce modeling through Workday Adaptive Planning** - Manage and implement **Workday Security** changes related to reporting and functional configuration - Design and deliver **executive-level dashboards and analytics** with compelling storytelling and visualization - Evaluate and align **Workday and Google technology roadmaps** with evolving business priorities - Champion the adoption and utilization of **Agentic AI** across supported platforms - Lead innovative analytics and reporting initiatives that enhance customer and employee experiences - Ensure high-quality release management through disciplined **SDLC, testing, and governance practices** - Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity of employee data What We're Looking For Required Qualifications - Minimum **8 years of experience** in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Data Modeling - Minimum **4 years of experience** with **Workday Advanced Reporting** - Strong expertise in creating meaningful analytics and workforce insights - Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets** - Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills - Proven ability to work independently and influence leaders at all levels Preferred Qualifications - Experience with **Workday Prism Analytics, Worksheets, and Discovery Boards** - Minimum **2 years of Workday Security experience**, particularly related to reporting and data security - Experience with **SQL development** (BigQuery, MSSQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) - Experience with BI and visualization tools such as **Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Vizier**, or similar platforms - Experience with **Workday Adaptive Workforce Planning** - Knowledge of HR processes across the **hire-to-retire lifecycle** - Experience leveraging **Agentic AI** to enhance research, analytics, and innovation Key Success Traits - Data-driven storyteller with a strong analytical mindset - Customer-focused professional who thrives on solving complex business challenges - Collaborative relationship builder with excellent interpersonal skills - Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working with autonomy - Committed to maintaining the highest standards of data privacy, quality, and governance Why Join Us?
