The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site. The Process Assistant will be responsible to manage shift-level execution and associate performance for the assigned site.Key job responsibilities1- Daily management of shift — start-of-shift readiness, live floor control and end-of-shift handover.2- Administrative management of associates.3- Job allocation to associates basis volume, skill matrix and process priority.4- Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety.5- Monitor status of counts and problem solve queues.6- Responsible for shift quality and associated action plans.7- Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates.8- Conduct a 4M and 5S audit for the respective work stations on a daily basis.
