Greetings from Zydus Group We have an exciting opportunity for Process/Plant Maintenance Engineer at our OSD manufacturing Site at Goa Key Responsibilities: 1. Equipment Maintenance: • Operate, inspect, and maintain OSD machinery such as granulation, coating, compression, blister packing, and bulk packing units. • Execute preventive maintenance schedules as per planner. • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. 2. Shift Operations: • Handle breakdowns and ensure quick resolution to minimize downtime. • Support predictive and preventive maintenance during shifts. 3. Documentation & Compliance: • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment history. • Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols including lockout/tagout procedures. 4. Team Coordination: • Coordinate with production and quality teams for maintenance planning. 5. Continuous Improvement: • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues. • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance equipment reliability and performance.
