Lead Electrical (Projects) - Sterile/Injectables

Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - Proven working experience as a lead Project Engineer in Pharmaceutical (Formulation) Green field & brown field projects - Assures technical accuracy and quality of all work performed in the electrical section. - Assist in preparation of business case/ Project charter/ Concept note to User. - Develop plant layout and prepare plans for facilities and requirements. - Estimation of cost for budgetary proposal which includes operational cost also. - Detailed knowledge of API Process & Utility Equipment like Reactor, Centrifuge, Dryers Isolators, Transformer, DG set, Boiler, Chillers etc. in terms of electrical functions. - Performing engineering calculations such as power consumption, control transformer sizing, and instrument loop impedances, etc. - Advanced MS Office skills, MS Project Software etc. - Familiarity with rules, regulations, best industry practices and performance standard. - Providing guidelines for the design of control panels, junction boxes and conduit/wiring systems in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC) as well as International Electro Technical Commission (IEC) standards. - proficiency in process control applications and database system. • Ensure statutory approval / Regulatory approval during each stage of project. • Evaluation of consultant and consultancy CER preparation. • Technical evaluation of Vendors to meet Cipla specification and standards.
