About the Role - Join Airtel’s Central Design System team and build, govern and grow scalable system(s) for internal & external clientele. - Focus on AI-ready design system, enabling stakeholders to launch and test ideas faster. What You'll Do **System Design with AI & Governance** - Design and maintain tokens, components, and patterns in Figma with built-in AI readiness. - Develop process and pipelines optimized for AI tools to enhance design productivity. - Conduct audits, manage extensions, and track adoption to reduce design debt. - Maintain design decision documentation with multiple design pods. **Collaboration & Delivery** - Manage time and projects effectively across multiple concurrent workstreams. - Support onboarding via immersion sessions and workshops to drive design system adoption. - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on usage and standards. **What We're Looking For** - 3–5 years of design experience with at least 1–2 years hands on with design systems. - Strong proficiency in building design libraries via Figma & other AI design tools. - Good understanding of accessibility standards and responsive with multi-modality designing. - Strong time and project management skills with the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. **What Success Looks Like** - High configurable assets that are exhaustively documented and vetted by multiple teams. - Actively own and contribute to AI workflows and internal platform teams. - Accelerated onboarding with extend exhaustive support for clients. - Proactively launch fresh patterns and interaction aligning with user behaviors. **Applications with the latest resume and portfolio will be preferred.**
