Product Manager- Ops Tech

Job description

Key Responsibilities - Analyze end-to-end operational processes, identify friction points in customer journeys - Define scalable, tech-enabled solutions to reduce operational inefficiencies across workflows - Define requirements, validate payloads, and troubleshoot issues across systems - Work across EMRs, lab systems, reporting engines, CRM, and corporate platforms to enhance customer journey workflows - Faster turnaround times, improved system adoption across centers - Seamless data flow across systems - Create BRDs/FRDs, work closely with development teams - Lead testing, deployment, and adoption tracking This is not a coordination role it is a structured problem-solving and execution role. Requirement: Qualifications & Experience - 25 years experience in Product / Business Analyst / Ops-Tech role - Strong understanding of operational workflows - Experience writing BRDs / FRDs - Experience working with development teams - Experience participating in UAT and go-live - Working understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations - Healthtech / Hospital / Diagnostics experience (preferred)
