Job Summary We are looking for a Recruitment Operations professional to support and streamline end-to-end hiring processes. The role involves coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews, managing recruitment data, and ensuring a smooth candidate and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment operations and hiring activities • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication • Maintain and update ATS/recruitment databases • Support recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring cycle • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation • Track hiring metrics, reports, and recruitment dashboards • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and processes • Coordinate with HR, vendors, and external agencies • Handle background verification and onboarding coordination • Improve recruitment processes and operational efficiency
