Product Manager- Retention

Job description

Key Responsibilities Define and execute lifecycle retention strategy across customer journey stages Map drop-offs in the preventive health journey and design interventions to reduce churn. Own key retention metrics including repeat rate, conversion rate, renewal %, and LTV. Work with product and tech teams to build automated retention journeys using CRM and marketing automation tools. Design and implement smart nudges based on health reports, risk scores, and behavioral triggers. Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives including family packages and subscription programs. Run cohort analysis and A/B experiments to optimize engagement and renewals. Collaborate with medical, operations, and call center teams to ensure seamless follow-ups. Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track retention performance.
