Job Summary We are looking for a Program Manager – Cloud Engineering to lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and business alignment — driving program roadmaps, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring engineering teams deliver scalable, high-quality outcomes on time. The ideal candidate combines strong program management fundamentals with hands-on technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and database architecture. Key Responsibilities • Define and align long-term program roadmaps with business goals, tracking KPIs for program health and ROI • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs — on time, in scope, and high quality • Drive delivery using Agile/Scrum/Kanban/SAFe frameworks, monitoring velocity and resolving blockers proactively • Serve as the key liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, translating technical updates for leadership • Manage senior stakeholders and steering committee communications, building consensus across matrixed teams • Evaluate architecture proposals and guide engineering teams toward scalable, well-timed solutions • Engage in technical discussions on system design, API integrations, and SDLC best practices • Standardize workflows, SLAs, and runbooks to ensure high system availability • Own resource allocation, capacity planning, and budget management • Lead RCA and incident post-mortems to prevent recurring operational issues • Proactively manage cross-team dependencies and risk mitigation, escalating critical issues with clear recommendations • Drive process improvement (Lean/Six Sigma) and tooling automation (Jira, Confluence, CI/CD) to boost delivery efficiency Skill & Experience Needed • 10+ years of overall experience in program/delivery management • Strong program/delivery management experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks • Proven stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Technical fluency in system design, API integrations, and SDLC • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and deployment architectures • Understanding of database concepts — SQL vs. NoSQL, replication, sharding, caching strategies • Experience with incident management, RCA, and operational excellence practices • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and tooling (Jira, Confluence) • Strong risk management and dependency-tracking capabilities What You’ll Get • Competitive salary. • Fun-filled work culture (https://www.highradius.com/culture/). • Equal employment opportunities. • Opportunity to build with a pre-IPO Global SaaS Centaur
