Project Executive/Site Inspector-Interiors(Freshers can apply B.E Civl Background)

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications. • Supervise day-to-day site activities and monitor work progress. • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. • Ensure project milestones are achieved within the agreed timeline. • Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality standards. • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports. • Verify measurements, prepare BOQs, and track project quantities. • Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of materials to site. • Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. • Identify site issues and resolve them proactively to avoid project delays. • Conduct site inspections and quality checks throughout the execution phase. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. • Attend client meetings and provide project status updates. • Support project billing by verifying completed work and documentation. • Prepare snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover. • Coordinate final project handover and completion documentation. Required Qualifications • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. • 1–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or turnkey project execution. • Experience in commercial, residential, retail, or corporate interior projects is preferred. Required Skills • Knowledge of interior finishing works and fit-out execution. • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings. • Strong understanding of BOQs, measurements, and site documentation. • Good planning, coordination, and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools. • Ability to manage multiple contractors and meet project deadlines. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
