Project Manager (KUP)

Job description

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and execution plans. • Monitor project progress and identify schedule risks, delays, and mitigation measures. • Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Production, QA/QC, and Construction teams for timely project execution. • Track project costs, budgets, commitments, and forecast expenditures. • Prepare project progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations. • Conduct project review meetings with internal stakeholders and clients. • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, and company procedures. • Manage change orders, variation requests, and project documentation. • Monitor resource allocation and productivity across project activities. • Coordinate fabrication, load-out, transportation, and offshore installation readiness activities. • Support risk management by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating project risks. • Liaise with customers, classification societies, consultants, and subcontractors. • Ensure adherence to HSE, quality, and operational excellence standards. • Facilitate lessons learned and project close-out activities
