Job description

• Review scope of work and segregate defect list department wise. • Estimate of manpower and resources as per production requirement. • Prepare PERT chart and detailed schedule with all the milestone dates for agreed scope of work. • co-ordinate with purchase and SCM department and ensure timely availability of man and materials. • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly plan. • Prepare S-Curve and monitor the progress. • Prepare and submit progress report to management and customer. • Monitor timely closure of work completion report in coordination with production team and SRM. • Identify the risk and prepare risk management plan and mitigation plan for the project. • Identify and propose better production methods, or improve supervision methods for improvements and timely completion of projects. • Identify the long lead items and coordinate with purchase department to ensure timely availability.
