-Role & responsibilities • Lead and manage project execution activities. • Monitor project schedule, cost, productivity, quality, and safety. • Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors. • Ensure timely completion of project milestones. • Drive resource planning and deployment. • Prepare construction methodologies and execution strategies. • Manage project risks and implement mitigation plans. • Support billing, budgeting, forecasting, and commercial controls. Preferred candidate profile : Experience - Min. 18-20 Years of relevant experience in Construction Project Management, has constructed & lead Cooling Tower, Cooling Water Pump House Project. Has handled Engineering Procurement & Construction Project. Prior experience with NPCIL is preferred. Mandatory Experience - • Natural Draft Cooling Tower (NDCT) Construction • Cooling Pump House Construction (CWPH), CMLC • Industrial/Power Plant Construction Projects • RCC, Structural & Jump Form, Chimney Construction -Independent handling of large construction projects Technical Skills - • Construction Project Management • Cost Control & Budget Management • Productivity Monitoring • Planning & Scheduling • Contract & Subcontract Management • Quantity Monitoring & Billing -Risk Management • Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC) -EHS Compliance Preferred Background - Candidates from reputed EPC, Nuclear Construction, Power Plant, or Heavy Civil Construction organizations, Worked with NPCIL, NTPC Selection Criteria - Experience in NDCT & Cooling Water Pump House, CMLC Construction Experience in NDCT & Pump House projects. Strong knowledge of cost, productivity, and project controls. Independent project execution experience. Client management and stakeholder coordination expertise. Exposure to large-scale industrial projects. Qualification- B.E./B. Tech in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute.
