Key Skills: Project Management, Railway Signaling, Train Control Systems, CBTC, Project Governance, Project Planning, Cost Control, Quality Management, Risk Management, Change Control, Contract Management, Variation Orders, Customer Management, Project Execution Roles & Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end project execution for railway signaling and train control system scope, ensuring delivery against contractual requirements. • Drive project governance, planning, cost control, quality, and risk management across all phases of the project lifecycle. • Coordinate internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to maintain alignment on scope, milestones, and change requests. • Manage variation orders, claims, and contractual changes while protecting project margin and cash performance. • Track project progress, prepare status reporting, and support gate reviews and senior management reviews with clear visibility on delivery performance. Experience: • 14+ years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in project management or subsystem/operational scope leadership. • Strong project management experience in railway signaling or train control system programs. • Ability to manage project governance, planning, cost, quality, and delivery across multi-site or multi-functional teams. • Experience handling customer interfaces, contractual alignment, variation orders, and project change control. • Exposure to CBTC or related rail signaling systems with experience in project execution and commissioning environments. Good to Have: • Metro project experience. Education: • B.E., B.Tech, M.E., or M.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline.
