Key Skills: Artificial Intelligence, AI Solutions, Business Analysis, SQL, Large Language Models, Prompt Writing, Process Mapping, Requirement Documentation, Solution Specifications, Test Case Creation, Defect Triage, Data Validation Roles & Responsibilities: • Document current-state business processes, including exceptions, workarounds, and variations across teams or entities. • Draft detailed solution specifications covering decision rules, exception paths, tolerances, and output formats. • Build test cases from historical records, including negative scenarios and boundary conditions. • Prepare and label sample data sets for evaluation and document the applied labeling rules. • Triage defects by reproducing issues, classifying root cause, and supporting validation through closure. Experience: • 8 to 12 years of overall experience, including 5 to 8 years in business analysis. • Strong business analysis experience with the ability to translate operational needs into structured requirements. • Hands-on experience with artificial intelligence solution design and implementation. • Working knowledge of SQL and advanced spreadsheet analysis for data review and validation. • Experience with process mapping, requirement documentation, and solution traceability. Good to Have: • Exposure to large language model tooling and prompt writing. • Experience in HR Operations, Finance, Procurement, or Sales Enablement. • Background in a Shared Services or Global Capability Centre environment. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Science, or a related discipline.
