Senior Automation Business Analyst

Key Skills: Business Analyst, RPA, Power automate, Power platform, Automation, Power BI, S4HANA, SQL Roles and Responsibilities: • Assess candidate processes and determine the right intervention, including redesign, workflow automation, RPA, or rejection where automation is not the right fit. • Document process flows and exception handling in sufficient detail for developers to build without interpretation. • Build and configure workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform and approved automation tools. • Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, and Freshservice. • Track baseline effort, measure realized benefits after go-live, and maintain the automation inventory and change log. Skills Required: • 5 to 8 years of overall experience, including at least 3 years in hands-on RPA or workflow automation delivery. • Hands-on experience in automation delivery using RPA and Microsoft Power Platform. • Strong working knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse for workflow build and configuration. • Experience with enterprise integrations and API-based connectivity across SAP and service management platforms. • Ability to define build-ready process documentation, manage exceptions, and support audit-ready automation controls. Good to Have: • Power BI for automation performance reporting. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Commerce, or a related discipline.
