SAP BTP Senior Consultant / SAP BTP Developer Manager

Key Skills: SAP BTP, SAP Integration Suite, CPI, SAP Fiori, Fiori Elements, RAP, CAP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, API Integration, OData, SOAP, REST, IDoc, ABAP Cloud, Cloud Application Development, Enterprise Integration Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and develop SAP BTP-based applications and extensions using modern cloud development practices. • Build and support integration solutions across SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP Integration Suite and CPI. • Develop Fiori-based user experiences and support application logic using RAP or CAP where applicable. • Work on SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors integration scenarios, including API-led connectivity and data exchange. • Troubleshoot integration issues, support solution design discussions, and ensure stable delivery across development streams. Experience: • 10+ years of relevant SAP experience, including substantial hands-on work in SAP BTP and integration. • Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP development and core platform services. • Experience with cloud application development using RAP and/or CAP, plus SAP Fiori or Fiori Elements. • Ability to design integration solutions for SAP landscapes, including APIs, OData, SOAP, REST, and IDoc-based interfaces. • Experience delivering SAP BTP solutions with attention to architecture, authentication, destinations, and enterprise integration patterns. Good to Have: • SAP SuccessFactors integration experience, including Employee Central and related APIs. • Exposure to ABAP Cloud, SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects, and SAP BTP integration with external systems. Education: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
