Title • QA/QC Engineer – Cleanroom & High Purity Utility Systems Location: Dholera, Gujarat (On-site) Experience: 8–15 Years Industry Preference: Semiconductor / Pharma / Advanced Manufacturing / Cleanroom Projects About the Role We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Engineer – Cleanroom & High Purity Utility Systems to support the construction, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of High Purity (HP) and Ultra High Purity (UHP) utility systems within a large-scale semiconductor manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cleanroom construction , high-purity process piping systems , orbital welding quality control , contamination control , specialty gas systems , and utility commissioning activities. This position will work closely with engineering, construction, commissioning, suppliers, and client teams to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained throughout project execution. Key Responsibilities • Implement and manage PQP, QAP, ITP, ITR, and QA/QC documentation. • Inspect HP/UHP utility systems including UPW, CDA, Nitrogen, Specialty Gases, and Chemical Distribution Systems . • Monitor piping fabrication, installation, testing, commissioning, and mechanical completion activities. • Verify MTCs, heat numbers, material traceability, and welding documentation. • Oversee orbital welding quality, weld traceability, purging, and oxygen control. • Witness hydrotest, pneumatic test, helium leak testing, flushing, passivation, and cleanliness verification. • Manage NCRs, RCA, CAPA, punch list closure, and quality dossiers. • Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Contractors, Vendors, and Clients. Key Requirements • 8+ years in Mechanical/Process QA/QC or Commissioning. • Experience in Cleanroom Construction Projects . • Hands-on experience with HP/UHP Utility Systems . • Strong knowledge of: • UPW (Ultra Pure Water) • CDA (Clean Dry Air) • Nitrogen Systems • Specialty Gas Systems • Chemical Distribution Systems • Experience with Orbital Welding and GTAW (SS316L) piping systems. • Knowledge of contamination control and clean installation practices. • Experience with: • Helium Leak Testing • Hydro/Pneumatic Testing • Passivation & Flushing • Mechanical Completion & Commissioning • Strong understanding of MTC verification, weld traceability, NCR, RCA, and CAPA. • Familiarity with ASME, AWS, SEMI standards, P&IDs, and Isometric Drawings. Qualification • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline. Candidate must have ✅ Cleanroom Construction Experience ✅ HP/UHP Utility Systems Experience ✅ Orbital Welding QA/QC Experience This role requires direct exposure to cleanroom construction and HP/UHP utility systems. Experience solely in refinery, petrochemical, oil & gas, or conventional piping projects will not sufficiently meet the technical requirements.
