Position **Retail Store Manager** Reporting To Area Sales Manager / Multi-Store Manager Job Purpose To lead and manage all store operations by driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining operational excellence, developing the store team, and achieving business targets while upholding company standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Performance - Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. - Drive key performance indicators (Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion, ASP, etc.). - Identify opportunities to improve store profitability. - Execute promotional campaigns and business initiatives. Customer Experience - Deliver exceptional customer service. - Handle customer concerns and escalations effectively. - Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Team Management - Recruit, train, coach, and develop store employees. - Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews. - Prepare staff rosters and manage attendance. - Build a motivated and high-performing team. Store Operations - Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations. - Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and display standards. - Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment. - Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies. Inventory & Loss Prevention - Monitor inventory accuracy. - Reduce shrinkage and stock loss. - Conduct stock audits and cycle counts. - Ensure proper handling of damaged and expired products. Cash & Compliance - Ensure accurate cash handling and banking. - Verify daily sales reports and cash reconciliation. - Maintain statutory and company compliance. - Ensure health, safety, and security standards are followed. Reporting - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business reports. - Analyze store performance and recommend improvements. - Share operational updates with the reporting manager. Experience - **3–6 years** of experience in retail operations. - Minimum **1–2 years** in a supervisory or Store Manager role. - Experience in Fashion, Lifestyle, FMCG, Grocery, or Supermarket retail is preferred.
