Job description

Key Responsibilities • Inspect and monitor civil foundation works, tower erection, and associated structures to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. • Develop and implement quality control plans, checklists, and inspection procedures for tower-related civil works. • Verify material quality (cement, steel, aggregates) and ensure proper testing and documentation. • Conduct site audits and ensure adherence to safety protocols, especially for work at height. • Identify non-conformities, issue NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure timely corrective actions. • Review civil drawings, BOQs, and vendor documentation for accuracy and compliance. • Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation for internal and external audits. • Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve quality-related issues. • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality management systems. • Promote height safety awareness and verify compliance with fall protection measures during tower erection.
