Walk-in || Acquisition Executive (Off Role)

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Identify and acquire suitable locations for telecom tower deployment as per business requirements. • Conduct site surveys and coordinate feasibility assessments with RF, Project, and Operations teams. • Negotiate commercial terms, rentals, and lease conditions with landlords/property owners. • Execute lease agreements and ensure timely completion of all acquisition-related documentation. • Liaise with local authorities, municipal bodies, and government agencies for obtaining necessary approvals. • Coordinate with legal teams to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. • Manage landlord relationships and address issues related to rentals, renewals, and site access. • Monitor acquisition progress and ensure site handover within prescribed timelines. • Maintain accurate records, MIS reports, and documentation related to acquired sites. • Support network rollout activities through timely acquisition and closure of dependencies. Preferred candidate profile • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline • 1 to 5 years of experience in Site Acquisition, Telecom Infrastructure, Real Estate, or Network Rollout. • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills. • Experience in landlord engagement and lease agreement execution. • Knowledge of telecom site acquisition processes and statutory approvals. • Familiarity with RoW (Right of Way), municipal permissions, and local regulations. • Good understanding of property documentation and legal compliance requirements. • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MIS reporting. • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-oriented environment.
