Job description • Monitor inbound and outbound quality of fruits, vegetables, and other perishable goods. • Conduct daily quality checks as per company standards. • Record and maintain quality reports for each batch/product. • Identify and segregate damaged or substandard items. • Ensure warehouse hygiene and food safety standards are followed. • Coordinate with procurement and operations teams to resolve quality-related issues. • Support in training warehouse staff on quality handling practices. • Participate in shift handover meetings and update the next shift about any quality concerns.
