**Role** Quality Incharge TMT **Location** Raipur **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure product quality as per BIS 1786 standards (FE 550 / 550D). - Monitor chemical and mechanical properties of TMT bars. - Supervise lab testing (UTM, bend/re-bend, chemical analysis). - Ensure proper calibration of equipment as per defined scope and standards. - Facilitate audits by customers and government authorities. - Handle customer complaints and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA. - Ensure process control at LRF, CCM, and rolling mill stages. - Maintain quality documentation and ensure audit compliance. - Coordinate with production for continuous quality improvement. - Possess working knowledge of Six Sigma, 7 QC tools, and Why-Why analysis. **Requirements:** - B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering. - 4 to 6 years of experience in TMT/steel industry. - Strong knowledge of BIS/ASTM standards and testing procedures. - Experience in handling audits and customer inspections. - Proficiency in SAP/ZOHO ERP systems.
