Role Quality Incharge TMT Location Raipur Key Responsibilities: • Ensure product quality as per BIS 1786 standards (FE 550 / 550D). • Monitor chemical and mechanical properties of TMT bars. • Supervise lab testing (UTM, bend/re-bend, chemical analysis). • Ensure proper calibration of equipment as per defined scope and standards. • Facilitate audits by customers and government authorities. • Handle customer complaints and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA. • Ensure process control at LRF, CCM, and rolling mill stages. • Maintain quality documentation and ensure audit compliance. • Coordinate with production for continuous quality improvement. • Possess working knowledge of Six Sigma, 7 QC tools, and Why-Why analysis. Requirements: • B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering. • 4 to 6 years of experience in TMT/steel industry. • Strong knowledge of BIS/ASTM standards and testing procedures. • Experience in handling audits and customer inspections. • Proficiency in SAP/ZOHO ERP systems.
