Job description

**Roles and Responsibilities** - Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. - Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted set of qualified candidates. - Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and applicants throughout the recruitment process. - Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, applications received, and placement offers made. **Desired Candidate Profile** - 1-2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (Talent Acquisition). - Any graduation degree; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory. - Strong understanding of sourcing strategies including headhunting techniques. - Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
