Recruiting Manager (Massive Hiring)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead high-volume recruitment efforts and drive strategic hiring initiatives across a fast-paced, people-focused organization. This role requires a strong background in large-scale talent sourcing, team leadership, and deep market understanding. Key Responsibilities • Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume roles, ensuring timely and high-quality hiring results. • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, events, referrals, and community partnerships. • Leverage market intelligence to assess talent availability, wage trends, competitive movement, and sourcing opportunities. • Partner closely with business leaders to forecast staffing needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals. • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. • Implement employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s visibility in local markets. • Use data and analytics to measure recruitment performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and recruitment best practices. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment. • Demonstrated ability to hire large volumes of candidates within tight timelines. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Proficiency with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment marketing systems. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions.
